This is a big problem! A person that parked in the car park accidentaly hit the dumped building waste causing damage to the off side bumper. This building rubbish was reported durring the summer of last year 2011 by house number 22 Debden Close Why is this still there its coming to the end of March 2012. Fly tipping is a criminal offence and the owner as no intentions of removind this rubbish as they would have done so by now! Its been there for over 8 months what a discrace! Why dont we all just dump are rubbish in the carpark it saves any tip fees etc! What are you going to do about this enough is enough the only message this is sending out to people is use the carpark to dump your rubbish! FLY TIPPING IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE! The law abinding locale who respect the area are not happy!
