I notice it working BUT switching OFF earlier than Midnights. Is this new implementation?

The Temprary traffic lights installed at the junction of Catherine Street, Gipsy Lane and Pramukh Swami junction are STUCK ON RED - since the evening of 17 th Jan’26 And will cause serious accident if not sorted out soon
