There are large potholes all along Crossland Road.

My girlfriend caught her footing in one on exiting a minicab in the dark on July 31st, broke her arm and has been off work ever since. She doesn't believe she should sue (despite my contrary advice), but does agree that there is a significant risk here:

There is a residential/care home opposite my house, and some of the elderly residents are crossing this road to use the alleyway (also in a state of terrible disrepair) to get to shops on Beech Road. We fear it's only a matter of time before an elderly person has a major fall.
