  • Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

  • The street lamp is still not working after 3 nearly 4 months. Please can you repair/ replace with an led light.

  • Good Morning,

  • The street lamp is still not working. Please prioritise the repair. It has nearly 6 months now since the first report. The lamp needs replacing

  • Ref:00376746 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system for repair, our contractors will aim to have this repaired within 7 working days. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local DNO operator to attend.
