Number one Kathleen avenue seems to believe that the pavement in front of their house that is at the access point to the park cannot be used by the public as its their driveway. Have asked members of the public not to stand on the pavement as their property. Can you clarify this please. Does the council not own the pavement, and if not do members of the public have to walk into the road? .
