Road Works allocated for 3am

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Theirs currently a repair underway on Little Church Street. The problem is somebody at WCC have allocated the works team to do the work during the middle of the night. I'm not sure you are aware, but this can be done in the day. The team from Kier started work at 3am outside a block of flats. What if their were key workers, NHS workers etc in there desperate for sleep before their vital work?
