It’s a council rehabilitation centre. They smoke weed/drink/swear while the kids are playing and disturb everyone late at night shouting 2/3am

It has been like this for the last few years but nobody knew we could report it. Everyone on the road is angry and agitated. If you could stop them or move the council building
