Overhanging branches into my property from cherry tree on street - Address 18 Howard Road, BR1 3QJ not only making it difficult to walk on pavement but leaving a lot of mess - fallen fruit & leafs as well as bird and pigeon droppings, in front of and into my front garden. Growing branches in height and width growing over into my windows on first floor, and touching nearly my brick wall of my property. I would appreciate if the council can take the responsibility and cut back the tree, before causing severe damage and or any accidents. Thank you.
