Sunken Drain water not draining away

The road has sunken just past the drain allowing water to form and stand outside my property 5 Coventry Rd. I have to time opening my car boot and door so I do not get soaked by passing vehicles. Also as the road has sunken buses and large vehicles cause my property to vibrate and shake. There are many cracks appearing internally from this.
