Unfinished Eyesore

Sent to Norfolk County Council 9 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2099339.

Footpath started in 2019, unfinished. Big muddy hole where is has been dug out outside my property. Piles of earth/rumble left abandoned. Surround by ugly metal fence. Started project that needs completing as soon as possibe.
