Unsigned "humps" in the road!

Reported in the Roads/highways category by ian audus at 13:15, Fri 28 October 2011

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later

Good afternoon. Recently the metal expansion joints set in the road ON Churchill bridge, BATH (between A367 Dorchester Street and then over the bridge towards A36 Rossiter Road)....have been covered in tarmac raising their profile even further. I ride a motorcycle. These improvements (and they are less slippery!)still present a dannger to motorcyclists as they are situated on the bend in the road at both ends. Should there not be any signage / painted road markings on these humps to alert motorists as to their presence? Your observations please. Thanks
