St Peter’s Path responsibility of ownership to trees and bushes

New bungalows were built on the old builders yard in Easton and has left this area unaccounted for bottom of St Peter’s Path near Bawburgh Road. It is now so over grown and dangling into peoples gardens. I just want to know who is responsible of maintaining this section please.
