This obstructs view for anyone trying to pull out of Lower Cape Road onto Cape Road

It’s very difficult to pull out of Lower Cape Road onto Cape Road as visibility seriously affected due to overgrown hedge and trees on the corner by house No 1 Lower Cape Road also road name is no longer visible
