Fly tipping

I have just followed a man with a wheelbarrow with metal sheets in it around the boundary of the field behind us. Ever so often he thrw a metal sheet into the hedge. My dog barked at the noise the metal was making while the guy was walking by the back gate. I took the dog for a walk round the field and noticed the same man walking with his wheelbarrow stopping every so often to throw bits into the hedges. He turned left into the next field and my last sighting was him heading towards sewage works.....I continued around the field via bridge over the A10 to complete my circuit and noticed items around the whole field. So he probably came from the Bovis or new houses.
