Church lane in Navenby is being used by large articulated lorries, either to go to the chicken farm at the bottom ( near brant road) or as a short cut. This road is not wide enough for this class of vehicle either in the village itself or further down. The sides of the road have crumbled, almost certainly by these large vehicles, and cause a danger to light vehicles, The road also passes over an old railway bridge which was not built to take the weight or volume of these vehicles. The speed these vehicles are driven also forces other road users onto the grass verge, risking damage to there vehicles. In short large lorries should be banned from this road at Navenby village end.
