Aprox six weeks ago, Conley's utilities on behalf of Virgin media carried out cable installation on my street. When they were re-tarmacking the pavement outside my drive, which I paid £5,000 for less than eight months ago, they damaged 21 blue bricks which are now loose and have scratch marks all over them. I reported the problem to the site supervisor at the time and they agreed they were going to replace them and re-tarmac the pavement. As of yet I have had no follow up and as I said this has been six weeks. It is really unacceptable as they have left everywhere down the street a complete mess and obviously have no intensions of coming back to rectify damage to private property.
