Cars parked on road for walks despite coronavirus lockdown and parking illegally on highway and ristricting access to property

There are multiple cars parked in the highway which is illegal and they are also breaking the lockdown law as they are driving to go for a walk down the towpath, putting locals at risk and ignoring the governments recent law. They are also restricting tractor access to opposite property.

    I have spoken to the police who were driving by and they agree they are parked dangerously. I was advised to phone the highways at the council for them to take action.
