Cars being parked on grass verges regularly.

Could someone from the council please take the time to come and walk up and down Paxton road just to see what is happening to the triangle of grass verges they have left when people have had their curbs dropped . Surely it would be easier just to tarmac these tiny bits of grass and make the road tidier ?
