These people at 33 Long leaves have been reported before about this problem. The fence panel has now been broken down, and now been dumped in the ally way. No one can get in or out of their back gardens (35,25,27) because of this mess. And in need of a deep clean

Sent 2 photos of the fence panels dumped by the house hold at 33 Long leaves, which is still there. And because of this I had to take my brown recycle bin through my house, which was a challenge to the front door, as I have Arthritis in my back, which didn't get emptied, so not happy
