Can the litter bins in St George’s Road ALL be emptied please. The ones on the opposite road to St. George’s centre is overflowing with bags dumped next to it and the one at the top of The Oaks is full and overflowing causing litter to go everywhere are creating a mess, the other bins also need emptying please
