Sent to Leeds City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2084990.

For over a year cars and vans have blocked access to to flats via pavement by parking 50/50 on road/pavement, plus damaging grass by parking on it yet a sign is there warning not to. an area marked for ambulances is also blocked by ignorant car owners.
