Incorrect/inconsistent road signs/markings on the approach to the roundabout
Reported in the Road Markings category anonymously at 14:03, Mon 6 April 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2081469.
When approaching Bicester on the A4421 from Buckingham direction, the original signs clearly (although dirty) show directions for Witney (A4095) to the right, Town Centre (Buckingham Road) straight across and Aylesbury (A4421/A41) to the left, together with other traffic to bypass the town centre. The newest sign and closest to the roundabout then shows Witney (A4095) to be straight across in the same direction as the Town Centre and is reinforced by the somewhat worn road marking, breaking the approach into three lanes, one to the left and the other two directing straight across the roundabout! This is incorrect and I have seen / experienced a number of near misses with vehicles negotiating the roundabout!

Still no update or correction of the fault, so seems a bit pointless using this route as an option of reporting faults!?
