Drain noise bang

In between Warwick Road and just off Station Road by Halifax bank. Their is a lose drain lid where the car or bus, etc drive over makes a very loud bang noise (have to wait few drivers drive over the drain). Also now damaging the road because the work men from last time not put down the lid in its correct position. I know this from the previous leek problem in Greville Road. Again bit surprise not yet done to fix the problem. Thanks.
