Sent to Norfolk County Council and North Norfolk District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2077753.

This unauthorised entrance damages the bridle way on Sandy Lane and has allowed the offending parties to use the lane as a through road and short cut destroying its present status.
