Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Whilst recognising that this isn’t the biggest problem in the world right now...Further to Fix My Street References - 40112691, 40114965, 40123503 Please note the feedback from UKPN. Please look into the street lighting in the Manor Road/Vale Road/Tindal Road area as most of the columns are not working. Those that are working are:- Vale Rd 1, 3, 6. Tindal Rd 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Ascott Rd 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Manor Road 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. UK Power Networks ref 5173466 Thank you for contacting UK Power Networks. We can confirm that UK Power Networks engineer were on site last week on 11th March 2020, they made repairs to the columns and before they left site advised all columns were back in light and our equipment was live. Unfortunately due to the engineer's advice our job has now been closed. In order for a new job to be raised, the council needs to attend in the first instance and ensure there is not a problem internally or with the bulb. If there is still a problem following their attendance they will need to make us aware. Regrettably we can only accept a new request from the council as the street columns are their assets. Please accept our apologies we have not been able to assist you further. Kind Regards Kaylee Cameron Care UK Power Networks
