Abandoned motorbike

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2075865.

A black motorbike has been abandoned for months under the stairs in Tudor Square, West Street. Hasn't moved and it is cover in dust and cobwebs. Has been there since AT LEAST November 2019.
