Resident flytipping on pavement outside property

Resident of no.60 Spring Rise persistently fly tipping on the pavement outside their property and it has happened yet again. Monday night a metal bed frame and wooden furniture appeared on the pavement. This is the latest in a number of instances. October last year it was another double mattress and wooden furniture. February a large pile of wooden furniture. Early March another double mattress and now this bed frame and more furniture. Please put a stop to this antisocial behaviour.
