Vale road

Reported in the Footpaths/ Rights of way (usually not tarmac) category by Carrie S Pyce at 16:32, Thursday 26 March 2020

Sent to Norfolk County Council 3 minutes later

Latest enclosed information of a dog walker issued with a written warning for driving by The Police

This was raised with Norfolk Constabulary who suggest they are not willing to carry out any enforcement & the latest government guidelines do not apply to them The area has been left open to access by the general public whilst NNDC chose to close all others locally ensuring that all the law breakers come to this area Photo shown by lady whose husband was given a written warning for walking his dog by Police Officers

  • We read to drive on a Restricted Byway is a criminal offence not that N.C.C.or The Police would know that
