The tiny front garden, absence of a dropped kerb which leaves vehicles struggling against the busy traffic to force the wheels over a blocking-kerb ... all makes for dangers for traffic and pedestrians (who also have to battle past other peoples wheelie bins, over-growth from front gardens, ... ). All pretty "anti-social" !

People keep holding up traffic to turn across the main road traffic, back their vehicles off the road, struggling to bump up and over the kerb to park in their shallow front garden. Then the vehicle sticks out in to the pavement: so a partially sighted resident found herself walking in to the "illicit" car - a nasty shock, deep bruise but fortunately no bones broken (this time )

The occupiers just go on taking liberties and putting the public in danger. Have they ever applied for "dropped kerbs"? Because there are still none installed, so that means you Council Officers have refused them because of a) dangerous manoeuvres in the highway AND b) there being inadequate space to park in their "front garden" safely. In that case, prosecute them for nuisance etc.
