  • Vehicles seem to come and go, tho there's no dropped kerb. Some fit in the now cleared front garden, others don't...

  • Vehicles still bumping up and down the raised kerb in to a tiny front garden area, such as by reversing riskily against traffic coming down Newland

  • Vehicles keep stopping the traffic to slowly bump up and down the raised kerb to cram in to / out of the tiny dug-up front garden

  • The tiny front garden, absence of a dropped kerb which leaves vehicles struggling against the busy traffic to force the wheels over a blocking-kerb ... all makes for dangers for traffic and pedestrians (who also have to battle past other peoples wheelie bins, over-growth from front gardens, ... ). All pretty "anti-social" !

  • People keep holding up traffic to turn across the main road traffic, back their vehicles off the road, struggling to bump up and over the kerb to park in their shallow front garden. Then the vehicle sticks out in to the pavement: so a partially sighted resident found herself walking in to the "illicit" car - a nasty shock, deep bruise but fortunately no bones broken (this time )
