Raised drain and uneven path surface danger to the infirm. An elderly gentleman fell over this area on the pavement, landing on his chest. His walking stick fell into the path of oncoming cars. Cllr Brown is highlighting the trip hazard - the entire stretch of pavement is unsuitable for people with disability and limited mobility.
