Large plastic waste oil container which is leaking

Sent to Cherwell District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2070805.

A large waste oil container has been dumped at the junction of the Stoke Lyne Road and the A4421 (Buckingham Road) The container is either leaking or has been tipped in one side. The is a large black puddle of oil seeping into the soil.
