Drain cover exposed

Sent to Hampshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2069728.

Drain covers on the roundabout have broken free from the road surface leaving large deep holes around them. The problem is made worse by the fact they are submerged during the continual flooding
