Manhole cover loose

Sent to Norfolk County Council and Norwich City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2067302.

Tollgate way, 20yds from roundabout with dodderman way. manhole cover very loose, makes a loud clank which can be heard 100 yds away suggesting it's about to fall down the hole under it. it also makes some cars veer as they go over it.
