Small tree that died needs replacement, this was a newly planted tree not a year old, damaged by van driver backing into it,

Dear Sirs,

A year ago, I emailed your offices that a tree outside my house had died, I was informed by your office it would be put on the list, now a year has past, still no replacement tree, can you kindly inform me when this will be carried out I was told via email by this March, we are now in March, Please update me soon before I die, please.

  • Dear Sirs,

    Regarding your update needing exact location, my address is 91, Bourne Way Hayes, BR2 7EX. The dead tree is outside my property. Thank you for all your help regarding this matter and look forward to seeing a newly planted tree very soon, it;s only been one year, thank you again.
