Culvert along Bury Road with twin concrete drains blocked with cumulative rubble, mud & brushwood; causing danger of flooding.

Years of mud and brushwood have caused extensive blockages of the water Culvert running alongside St Mary's Church Rickinghall IP22 1JA : recent flooding of the culvert has resulted in the need to notify you at Suffolk Highways for your kind assistance and advice. The sides of the culvert are steep and 10ft high making access very difficult. More photos available. The culvert was built in the 1960's.
