Truck illegally parked for over a week now - assumed abandoned

• I live in Barnaby Court and our lounge looks out onto the car park. There's a very large tree in the corner nearest to the houses,it could be a silver birch. I think this tree needs a little attention before one of the branches come down and do some damage to a child or car. Whenever it's windy the branch nearest the car park seems to separate from the rest of the trunch,I don't think it's broken yet,but it would certainly come down if the weather was really bad. I do hope you're able to get this matter sorted for me as I do worry when I see a young Mum with a buggy parked there. Thank you very much , Regards, Joan
