Half of the cover is missing which is leaving a large hole which could cause a nasty injury to a pedestrian, horse or cylcist if they were to hit the broken cover

As mentioned half of the cover is completely missing leaving a large hole exposed. A horse could easily lose a leg down there but a pedestrian could also easily put afoot in it. If a cyclist or motor bike drove over it they are likely to become unseated. Its serious!!
