Explain what is wrong....

Outside 49 i think. The road is failing. There a big hole in it. Cars wheels fall in it. Cars may be damaged or lose control. Pedestrians could trip by stepping in it.

The location has been repaired recently. The repairs are poor and are failing. Throwing more money after bad is bad use of tax payers money. Do it properly, do it once!
