Loose white staffy Seddons Close

There is a loose white Staffy on Seddons Close / Beaumont Leys Lane LE4.

This dog lives at 4 Seddons Close LE4 And is roaming the streets by the main road. It is let out 4 or 5 days a week with no owner / handler present and i have to change my dog walking route to avoid it chasing me and my dogs.

The dog warden is not answering their phone for me to report it today. It was on Beaumont Leys Lane at 1.30pm today. The dog is in danger of being run over on the busy road.
