Ditch is blocked next to new carpark being installed next to milford school. The ditch is full of water ditch is blocked so the ditch water from milford school NEW car park that penny farthing is building cant flow into the stream next to lyton lawn campsite stream. pointless having ditches if the water cant flow anywhere
