Sent to Stevenage Borough Council 3 minutes later

Location: Between lamp column 29 and the yellow school safety zone sign on Mobbsbury Way, Chells. Near drakes drive junction. Problem: The tree here is dead. I know it is hard to tell in the winter, but over summer (2019) it never had any leaves on it. Probably needs to be felled or may collapse.
