DISTANCE FROM KERB: 80cm at furthest point DATE ENCOUNTERED: 2020-03-01 DEFECT DESCRIPTION: Large, wide, growing pothole on the left hand side of Whitehall Road. Far enough into the road to necesitate a swerve out into traffic when cycling.
