Potential drain collapse?

Sent to Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2045269.

Might be worth checking out - a couple of potholes appearing that look a bit like the surface is sinking. Slight concern that these are where utilities/drains run under the road. One near the electrical sub station - another not far from it.
