Raised and broken tactile paving - reported numerous times - my 82 year old mother tripped and fell and now has a displaced facture of the patella and in a full leg brace for 8 weeks and cannot live independently - this is outside Walkers Court a mcCarthy and Stone building for over 55 independent living and the only action taken to date has been a cone placed over it - simply not good enough and this needs to be fixed URGENTLY
