Multiple cars parked blocking road

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2043095.

There are 2 cars and 2 vans parked in a row just before the junction to Lanshaw View on Town Street. One car is parked over the speed bump and it is causing an obstruction on the road as you can't get past if a car is coming in the opposite direction and also makes getting over the speed bump harder unless you drive on the opposite side of the road. There are a number of buses that use that road as well. It has been a problem for at least 2 weeks
