We had highways down to look at surface condition as its broken up with pot holes and standing water problems , highways asked the land owners to install a drain to remove water ,this has been done .once done they were going to return to do there part ,ie resurface a section , we are still waiting , we still have a issue with the road surface , please will you resolve the problem ,

  • The highways engineer promised with a hand shake if we installed the drain highways would carry out the resurfacing but we still await.
