There is a lot of graffiti in The Leys on the wall of Highmarket House facing into The People's Park. Please can it all be removed as soon as possible to prevent further graffiti being done. It's an eyesore. Thank you.

To day I nearly had a terrible accident, due to my vision being blocked by a transit type van , CONTINUALLY parking on white Zig zag lines approaching a pedestrian crossing , nearly ran over a young girl , I say 12 /13 years of age. For the last few months at different times of day and night up to 3 large vans and a black jaguar continue to park at roughly a right angle from the Kirb , one in particular today was Aprox. 1 mt onto the zig zags. Only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or killed . The location is , as follows , when you leave Banbury cross and take the exit to West Bar the illegally parked vehicle are normally on the immediate right hand side. Opposite Linden house before the Horse and Jockey public house. I await your reply and swift action . Mr G Fletcher Sent from my iPad
