Fences damaged

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2037373.

Between the path and the farmers field the fence wire has been broken/cut, this means that the barbed wire is now at the top of the fence which could be a dangerous hazard to pedestrians or cyclists if they trip or fall onto the fence.
