Collapsed railings

Railings collapsed on side of footpath. This means there is now a 6ft drop into a watercourse. This is a health and safety issue for pedestrians. There is also an unprotected scaffold pole from railings sticking out where if a car left the road it could potentially penetrate through a vehicle. This is a highways issue and needs dealing with asap
